ALL SALES ARE FINAL. NO REFUNDS ON DOWNLOADS AND PHYSICAL DELIVERY ORDERS. DEFECTIVE MEDIA WILL BE REPLACED UPON RETURN.

1. All products are sold under a 15-day limited warranty. Defective software will be replaced. Before returning any product, you must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. NO returns of any type will be accepted without a RMA number. All products to be returned must be submitted within 15 days of invoice date, 100% complete, and must include the original packing material, manuals, and other accessories provided by the manufacturer. Shipping charges are not refundable. 2. Refused orders will be subject to a 15% restocking fee and additional shipping charges incurred in the return and retrieval of the shipment. Shipping charges on refused items are non-refundable. The same applies to undelivered orders if a non-delivery occurred as a result of an incomplete/incorrect delivery address, phone number, or other information inaccuracy. 3. International Orders: additional sales taxes (VAT, GST), brokerage and duty charges often apply and are collected by the shipping company at the time of delivery. All shipping, brokerage, import and duty charges are to be paid by the customer.
