The customer submits his payment. (See individual product pages for ordering options--secure on-line, toll-free phone, fax/mail order.)

After the payment is processed (which may take anywhere from 30 minutes to 6 hours), the customer receives an e-mail message containing an Internet download address (URL), a download password and an installation serial number.

Upon accessing the indicated URL, the customer is able to download the necessary file(s) and install the software on his computer.
